I have always loved to write, meaningless scribbles along the margins of notebooks, passionate love letters to the special someone, grateful notes to dear friends and ardent social commentaries. I have been amiss in compiling them. Hence this blog. The first in the series of posts here are part of NaPoWriMo, short for National Poetry Writing Month 2017.  It is an annual project in which participating poets attempt to write a poem a day for the month of April. I take my prompts from the namesake blog run by the lovely Maureen Thorson.

So yes, finally, I have (re-)taken up the thing that gives me immense joy, pride and an emotional outlet and have, finally, given it its own space.

Happy reading 🙂
